But in order to establish a baseline for our relationship, we've set out a few expectations below. If anything is unclear, don't hesitate to reach out to gus@mullettools.com for clarification. We want to do everything within reason to make you happy.

For the Eat My Dust™ 30-Day Guarantee, we expect all customers to contact Mullet Tools within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All requests must be sent to gus@mullettools.com and include a proof of purchase.

While use of your Mullet Tools product is permitted to be accepted as a return, damage deemed excessive or use deemed outside of typical will be evaluated by Mullet Tools at its sole discretion and could disqualify the return for refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gus@mullettools.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All decisions on returns, refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Mullet Tools, LLC.
